With a professional staff of 75 and a volunteer, Governing Board of 33 individuals, Community Action is reflective of the communities and people we serve. We stay abreast of poverty trends and emerging data, and we use approaches to fighting poverty that are proven to achieve positive outcomes.
Please bring 12 full months of income documentation, including child support, scholarships, grants, TAF and SSI income and the child’s birth certificate. If clinic times are not convenient for your schedule, please call 266-0245 for an appointment at the center of a home visit to complete the application.
